Return policy
Zalando General Product Return Policy - In most cases, Zalando-shipped items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, or 45 days of shipment if the delivery date cannot be tracked. If your order is shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can return it to us within 60 days of shipment. After your item is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping date and other order details. Different return policies or requirements may apply to certain products.
Please contact us before returning a defective item for the return address and other instructions. Customers pay only one shipping fee (including restocking); no restocking is required for returns. For orders over €9, customers pay for return shipping; for orders under €9, customers do not pay for return shipping.
60-Day Product Warranty
Is your item a Zalando item or is it not working properly? If so, you are protected and can file a claim. The process is as follows:
1. Please contact us within 60 days of receiving your product and provide photos or videos explaining the problem and whether you require a refund or exchange.
2. We will review your claim and contact you if we require further information.
3. If your claim is approved, we will refund or re-ship your item, and you may be required to return the item.

Refund (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, we will process it and automatically refund the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
