Return Period
You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. Beyond this timeframe, refunds will not be honored.

For orders consisting of multiple packages, the return period commences on the delivery date of the last package.

Conditions for Return & Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must adhere to the following standards:

  • Unused, Unworn, and Unwashed: When assessing your items, please treat them gently. Items must be returned in their original, unused, unworn, and unwashed state, devoid of makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, odors, and stains. All original tags must remain attached, and the items should be in the same condition as when they were initially received.

  • For Fabrique Bags: Ensure the bag is returned unused, unwashed, and free from damage, odors, and stains. All original tags and accessories must be intact, and the bag should be in the same condition as when first received. We do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper use, unauthorized repairs, or inadequate care, including:

    1. Claims lacking valid proof of purchase.
    2. Normal wear and tear, odors, or stains.
    3. Natural leather characteristics and changes (e.g., darkening or oxidation).
    4. Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).
    5. Items with removed, damaged, or altered tags.

Currently, we do not facilitate exchanges for different items or sizes. We recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for your desired item at your earliest convenience.

  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging for adequate protection. If multiple items cannot fit into one box, the original box is not mandatory.

  • Proof of Purchase: To process your return or exchange, please provide the order number from your email confirmation.

  • Free Gift: If returning all items from your order, please ensure the free gift is also returned.

To streamline your return process, please request returns for bags and other items separately. We will provide two return labels, so kindly send back the bags and other items in separate packages.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns or exchanges, including:

  • Final Sale Items: Items designated as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Items or orders with a discount of 50% or more from the original price are considered final sale.

  • Personalized Items: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

For orders within the United States/UK:

  1. Step 1: With your order number and zip code at hand, emial us to START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
  2. Step 2: Upon approval of your request, you will receive an email containing a return label.
  3. Step 3: Print the return label within the first week of receiving it, affix it to your return package, and drop it off at the carrier location specified on the label. Please note that the label is valid for only one week from the date of receipt; failure to adhere to this timeline may impact your refund.
  4. Step 4 (For Exchange Only): After we complete the quality inspection, the new item(s) for exchange will be dispatched. Please note that exchanges are limited to a different size of the same item.
